Learn the Polish craft of willow weaving

When the hands are working, the head is resting – this is the motto of this basket-weaving workshop, during which every participant will make their own willow basket. You will receive training in basketry skills and then give free rein to your creativity. At first, participants will learn about willow and straw, prepare small willow forms, after which they will create their own basket, following a step by step method to create the various components. At the end you will have your own handmade basket, and be able to take a look at beautiful baskets in the workshop. The course takes place over two days.
