Package 1: Prices and booking for minimum 1 guest.

Package 2: Prices and booking for minimum 1 guest and maximum of 8 (excluding one accompanist and host).

Packages 3-6: Prices and booking for minimum 2 guests and maximum of 8 (excluding one accompanist and host).

Group experience: minimum 20 guests and maximum of 50.

Reservation and payment must be finalised 30 days before the date of the event directly through our experience specialist, Nexa.

Accepted payment type by Nexa: Credit Card and Wire Transfer

Booking adjustment and cancellation conditions:

• From 30 to 15 days before the date of the experience: any booking adjustment based on availability and no penalty for cancellation.


• From 14 to 8 days before the date of experience: any booking adjustment based on availability. In case of cancellation, we hold 40% of the amount received.


• From 7 to 4 days before the date of experience: no booking adjustment possible and we hold 80% of the amount received


• From 3 days to the date of the date of the experience: no booking adjustment and cancellation possible, no reimbursement of amount received


• In case of cancellation of Homo Faber Event for any reasons whatsoever, including a case of force majeure, no payment will be due, and reimbursement shall be made.
