Shaping and glazing a small faceted bowl or cup

In this introduction for beginner and intermediate level adults, ceramicist Kartini Thomas will take you on a journey of discovering the art of ceramics. This course will get your creative juices flowing as you learn how to make small faceted bowls and cups, finishing them with an airbrush glaze. This magical technique allows the creation of colourful gradations and highlights a texture created with ceramic tools, on a form as useful as it is elegant. Materials and high temperature firing will be included, and you will leave with your unique, handmade creation.
