The white sculptural vessel with a delicate structure on the surface is handcrafted from paper pulp. To create it, Kristina first hand-sewed a textile with a diamond pattern, which she shaped and cast with plaster. The artisan then applied paper pulp into the mould. In the drying process, the hemp fibres coalesce to form pure paper, a material that is stable and robust but also biodegradable.
