Marie Levoyet

Photogravure and intaglio engraver Marie Levoyet works with artists of the contemporary scene. After training with Master of Art Fanny Boucher, she founded her workshop in 2018. L’atelier Marie Levoyet is one of the few workshops that specialises in the colour photogravure. For Marie, the savoir-faire of photogravure is inspired and sustained by her encounters with different arts and crafts, tools, savoir-faires and collaborations. Together, these push the artisan to constantly research her profession and explore the links with artists of various practices - such as dance and movement, theatre and scenography, object design - as well as collaborate with photographers and visual artists.
