Mantas Petruškevičius

Flower CoutureFlower designer

World wide flower designer Mantas Petruškevičius compares his floral creations to an haute couture collection. At the age of 16, he presented a floral collection at the Stikliai Hotel Relais & Chateaux in Vilnius, Lithuania. The collection received a lot of praise and caught the attention of the First Lady of Lithuania at the time, Alma Adamkienė. This led to their future cooperation; Mantas attended several charity events organised by Mrs Adamkienė. He is a perfectionist who seeks to add the smallest of details to the final touches of his arrangements, creating floral installations for a variety of venues, ranging from interiors of restaurants, hotels, and castles to minimalistic niches. His installations and designs are created in collaboration with his clients, listening to them all along the way and expressing their individuality through the floral arrangements.

Story

Mantas Petruškevičius draws on designs of the past as inspiration for his future pieces, in particular the Renaissance and Baroque periods as well as Art Nouveau and Art Deco style. When creating the decorations for an event, he often fits his arrangements to the table and the general menu of the event to ensure a fluidity of concept.
