This mirror offers a game of reflection and disturbs our vision: the viewer is lost between the reality of the fake branches and the reflection of those branches in the mirror, coupled with one’s own reflection in the mirror and the reflection of the environment. The burnt wood technique allows a branch to be set in a mould and then the molten bronze takes its place by burning the wood.
