Andrea Scaramuzza: unlocking the highlights of VeniceWhen it comes to deciding where to go in Venice – and just as importantly, what to eat and drink – it would be hard to find anyone better qualified to guide you than Andrea Scaramuzza. A native Venetian, Andrea holds a masters degree in Food history and culture from the University of Bologna, as well as having trained at the Université François Rabelais-Tours and the Universitat de Barcelona. His interest in food is not just gastronomic, he is also a freelance professional photographer, and has built an impressive portfolio as a food and wine copywriter and consultant, with a particular fascination in organic and sustainable wineries. Since 2013, he has been a licensed tour leader. Andrea collaborates with many of the world's most important travel agencies as a bespoke luxury travel planner for Venice and its surroundings.
