ALMA is the International School of Italian Cuisine. Its culinary excellence is the utmost expression and manifestation of craftsmanship in food, and a testament to the rich bounty of Italy’s land and sea. For Homo Faber Event, ALMA has created a pop-up restaurant and lounge, showcasing the work of their most innovative and excellent chefs and masters, utilising the very best produce available.

Venice is synonymous with the Bellini, originally conceived by Giuseppe Cipriani in 1948. Enjoy a Bellini, together with delicious treats, in a space celebrating the heritage and craft of Cipriani.
