Journey through a rich history

1 hour 2 - 10 people60 euros per person

Dive into the world of Duvelleroy in the cosy boutique nestled in the heart of the Paris, just footsteps away from the Eiffel Tower. The Duvelleroy team will guide you through the story of the original Maison from its foundation in 1827, to its awakening in 2010 by Eloïse Gilles and Raphaëlle Le Baud, and its current development through the contemporary collections. You will discover the archives: luxurious feathers and fully embroidered hand fans from the 19th century, catalogues from the first boutiques, stocks of feathers from the beginning of the 20th century, original drawings, a diploma signed by Napoleon and accountancy books with the names of royal orders. All these treasures, usually kept safe from daylight and handled only by the Duvelleroy team for conservation reasons, are made available for you. At the end of your visit, test your communication skills: pick your favorite prêt-à-porter hand fan and use the language of the fan to pass on a secret message.
