Parisian couture fan making

Founded in 1827 by Jean-Pierre Duvelleroy, Maison Duvelleroy was inspired by a dream: to place the fan back into the hands of women. As an official supplier to European royalty, Maison Duvelleroy perpetuates the savoir-faire of Parisian couture fan making under the aegis of Eloise Gilles and Raphaëlle Le Baud. Since 2010, these two women have gathered together a team of artisans specialised in dozens of different trades, all working to preserve and continue the long tradition of the extraordinary craft of fan making. Maison Duvelleroy welcomes you to its showroom and also offers, by appointment, a private visit to its archives, where you can see many old pieces as well as its contemporary collections.
