Reuge conceived “The Biplane” in tribute to 125 years of aviation history. The two authentically shaped wings house one of the most complicated movements in the world of music automaton: Cartel fusée 144 notes. Suspended on a fine wood panel, it diffuses its music with an unparalleled sound and resonance and a plethora of technical achievements, which mirror the construction of aeronautic motors.
