Bonsaï Roviera

Bonsaï Roviera is hand-sculpted in solid brass, then hot patinated and waxed. The bonsai leaves are handmade from bronze, chiselled and gilded in 24-carat gold. Pierre Salagnac believes that “the form exists in the material". Due to his mastery of the bronze technique, the artisan is able to reveal the form that is hiding in the material.
