This silkscreen printed leather notebook is made of Cretan goat leather. The binding is done by hand with waxed thread with the method of Japanese bookbinding. Each notebook has 80 pages of bone-white paper. The colours are blue and yellow on natural tanned leather.

Finding freedom

Zacharias Petrakis knew from a very young age that he wanted to follow a creative path. He started studying drawing at 14 and sculpture at Fine Arts School at 19. The idea for silkscreen printing was born when his mother asked him to draw some t-shirts by hand to sell in her shop. Alejandro Hernandez Bascon, a graphic designer, joined the project soon after because he loved the idea of designing a product, creating all the branding and crafting it themselves. Together, they create art objects for concept and museum shops using materials such as leather and acrylic for accessories, clothing, home decor, and stationery items as well as art and illustrations. Their space is a creative workshop based in Exarcheia, an alternative neighbourhood of Athens, where everyone is welcome.

These silkscreen printed leather bags and leather vase are made of Cretan goat leather. The colours are blue, green, black, white, pink and naturally tanned leather.

Geometrical period leather set
These clutch bags were hand sewn in Athens and the leather notebooks are hand binded with waxed thread. All the objects are inspired by the Geometrical Period (Ancient Greek art) and created using silkscreen printing on Cretan goat leather.

The Abduction of the Daughters of Leucippus
These clutch bags are hand sewn in Athens. The leather notebook is hand bound with waxed thread using the Japanese bookbinding method. Inspired by the Ancient Greek art scene of The Abduction of the Daughters of Leucippus, all the objects were created using silkscreen printing on Cretan goat leather.
