These salt and pepper pots by Yasmin Falahat slot subtly into each other due to their curvy edges. One is glazed in black, with white dots at the bottom which gradually become less dense towards the rim of the pot. The other is the inverse: white with black dots, which are dense at the top of the pot and less so at the bottom. Both have small ‘feet’ on the underneath, which raises them up.

These two small hand built ceramic decorative vases by ceramicist Yasmin Falahat have a bulbous shape. One is covered with cobalt blue dots and a glossy glaze, the other is half covered in a light green glossy glaze and half dotted with a matt texture. A wavy line separates the green glaze and the dots down the centre of the vase.

A selection of hand built ceramic pieces in a fig design by Yasmin Falahat. The selection includes a big and small dish, a soap dish with ridges and holes on the surface, an incense holder with a small hole in the centre for incense, and an oil pourer. Inspired by figs, they are hand glazed with a pinky-red colour inside, with fine details in cream, and a purple/blue tonal glaze applied on the outside.

This large ceramic hand built fruit bowl by Yasmin Falahat is inspired by a pomegranate. The inside of the bowl is designed and glazed to represent the seeds of the fruit, with a burgundy glaze applied around small round indentations to convey the seeds. The outside of the bowl has a bright red glaze.

This small hand built ceramic bowl in the design of a melon is glazed on the inside in a glossy bright orange, with a textural seed design in the centre. In contrast, the outside of the bowl has a matt texture with light green lines, evoking the skin of a real melon. The rim of the bowl is a glossy light green with a darker green edge.
