This decorative panel inserted in a copper frame was custom made for a window in an Haussman-style property in Paris. The mesh is designed by assembling multiple triangular glass modules of different colours to create a cloud-inspired pattern.

Glass making meets contemporary design

Drawing on her professional experience as an interior designer, Laura Cambon offers a new interpretation of glass making. The young designer focuses her approach on the spatial dimension of the material: by exploring its light, transparency and opacity, she creates contemporary decorative elements for indoor spaces. She has notably innovated with an assembly technique that allows her to create modular panels and light fixtures made of glass and metal mesh. Laura's passion for fine art glass arose from her time as an interior designer at Maison Lalique, a famous French manufacturer with the greatest glassmaking tradition. Since 2019, she has been working independently, exploring her distinctive practice that merges traditional know-how with digital tools.

This glass mesh panel has been hung like a curtain in a living room to create a semi-transparent aerial partition. Two matching wall sconces extend its pattern onto the wall. The mesh is crafted by assembling multiple triangular glass modules in different colours, creating a cloud-inspired pattern.

Made of glass and metal, Foliage is a decorative panel featuring a leaf pattern. It creates an ornamental decoration with an openwork design in the form of a screen wall. The panel can be used in a variety of interior design applications.

Glass laces
A delicately crafted piece, this decorative bowl is made of sandblasted glass featuring a pattern of seaweed branches. The placement and cutting of the branches, that emerge at the edge of the cup, evoke the character of lace.
