Great for groups Venetian heritage In action
Taking the glass heritage into the futureFounded in 1946 by Gino Cenedese, Ars Cenedese has become one the most renowned blown glass firms on the island of Murano, thanks to the high quality standards of its production, both from a technical and an artistic point of view. In fact, while Ars Cenedese is proudly tied to the Muranese technical tradition, it has also been wide open to the suggestions coming from contemporary art. Continuous research is undertaken into new methods and effects, taking advantage of the collaboration between various artists and designers, thereby developing iconic collections which have been appreciated at an international level. Thanks to the skills of its master glassmakers, together with a strong aesthetic attitude, Ars Cenedese is well-known for its handcrafted pieces, both classic and modern, such as chandeliers, tableware, vases, lamps, decorative animals, candlesticks, bowls, sculptures and objects hand-decorated using various techniques, like enamel painting and gold leaf “graffito”.
