Fornasier Luigi sas - LU Murano

Glassblowing

Processing exquisite glass in the studio of Fabio FornasierFabio Fornasier was born in Venice in 1963. It was at the age of 16, in his father Luigi's furnace, that Fabio first had a go at making glass. In a short time he became captivated by this unbelievable material. In the intervening years, he has acquired more experience and honed his skills, he is now able to demonstrate his many talents in the creation of chandeliers. He has reinterpreted the traditional Venetian chandelier, creating "Aria e Fuoco". Structurally they are similar to the Venetian chandelier but are comprised of sinuous and elegant shapes and fuelled by oil. Using the same concept, he has also developed a collection of chandeliers with a traditional flavour but with a modern design: the highly acclaimed LU Murano collection.
