The technical challenge of glazing the narrow neck of this vessel, while preserving the deformed shape of the concrete porcelain body in the kiln is not to be underestimated. It reads as an object that has lived experienced, leaving its marks on the outside. It carries a new layer of hope and success, symbolised by the red crystal glaze. The message is that beauty is temporary and built on hard work.
