Inspired by English folklore tales, Herne the Hunter is an experimental work intended to push the limits of origami, to fold complex structures and shapes with a new and larger paper size. The bow, arrows, quiver and all the other details are folded from one single sheet of Wenzhou rice paper. The design process took several months, and the final artwork was folded during an art residency.
