The glass and concrete sculpture is a reference to brutalist architecture as well as the craft of Venetian glassmaking. A dense mass of concrete sits on top of a block of individual glass laments. Harry Morgan's work establishes a powerful relationship between the two contrasting materials as they merge to become one form. The piece is a part of his Dichotomy series.
