Enter the world of Hutsul traditions

Located in the picturesque city of Kosiv, the Trots Family Ceramics shop is the go-to place for marvelling at the most precious export of this land, the magnificent local ceramics. Situated right in the centre of the small town nicknamed as “Hutsul capital” after the ethnic Ukrainian group living in the Carpathian mountains, the shop showcases a rich selection of handcrafted pottery that the Trots family make. Mixing tradition with innovation, the objects made by Igor, Khrystyna and Maria-Tereza are made using the typical local sgraffito technique that the local artisans have mastered since 1997. Their ceramics can serve both as an excellent choice of decorative pottery and a great Ukrainian souvenir.
