The Home of Sustainable Things (HOST) is the UK's first shop to curate, showcase and sell work exclusively from designers spearheading innovative and sustainable products with zero or low carbon output. HOST's collection of ethical products demonstrates how artisanal skills can transform industrial by-products into valuable products and reveals the possibilities of crafting objects which are both aesthetically beautiful and useful. The current selection explores the use of construction waste, food waste, hemp, mycelium, tree barks and industrial glass waste as building materials for product design.
