Contemporary British craft

Elaine Dye opened the Byre Gallery in 2014 with a desire to exhibit emerging and leading UK makers, designers and artists. Besides fine art, visitors will find contemporary ceramics, jewellery, glass, metals and textiles displayed in a home setting. The gallery is located in the beautiful coastal countryside on the Rame peninsula in south-east Cornwall and has three yearly exhibitions held in spring, summer and at Christmas. Thanks to Elaine’s rich portfolio of creatives, she offers to source clients a perfect piece for them. Her background in public relations, coaching and curating, enables her to mentor the gallery's creatives.
