Highlighting the unconventional

Founded in 2012 by Erato Kouloubi and Ioannis Barouxis, Popeye Loves Olive promotes the arts of contemporary jewellery and tattooing in its dedicated gallery on the ground floor and professional tattoo studio on the first. PLO houses a selection of cutting-edge jewellery (in terms of craftsmanship, concept and form), including pieces by innovative local and international artists such as Lily Kanellopoulou, Angelos Konstantakatos, Raluca Buzura and Lucie Houdková. A meeting point for creatives, PLO highlights the unconventional, at times controversial, side of jewellery, through underground exhibitions, parties and lectures. Jewellery-making workshops are also held on the second floor.
