Promoting Swiss design

Founded in 2014 by architect & designer Heinz Caflisch, the gallery OKRO has rapidly established itself as an institution for mediation, promotion and exchange of Swiss design, as well as for creative industries. With the aim of promoting innovative design thinkers and makers and their work operating beyond mass production, OKRO explores the points of contact between established design and new developments in cooperation with a wide variety of professionals from design, craft and architecture. The aim of this exchange is to stimulate and establish affinities and relationships between design authors, manufacturers and our immediate surroundings.
