Traditional painted ceramics for the home

As part of the oldest ceramics workshop in Modra, the Slovenská L'Udová Majolika shop offers unique handmade products that preserve the inherited traditions of Majolika ceramics. They showcase original nature-inspired Majolika ornaments included in the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Slovakia since November 2017. The collections made by Majolika are returning to their most crucial function of utilitarian household objects for everyday use and decoration. The wide range of objects, from bowls, plates and cups to dining accessories and practical gifts and souvenirs, all bring a piece of Majolika ornamentation to lovers of traditional craft.
