French made glass

La Rochère opens the doors to their shop which is located next to the famous glass manufacturer. Set in a beautiful 17th-century building, the shop displays a selection of the manufacturer’s collections in decoration, tableware and jewellery. There is also an exhibition on the history and techniques used in glass making, including a film on the current work of the glassblowers of La Rochère. Below the gift shop, an art gallery features contemporary-style paintings and sculptures is nestled in a pleasant Japanese garden. A vaulted room, known as the Caveau de Saint-Valbert, houses a collection of antique furniture and Aubusson tapestries.
