Contemporary Bulgarian craft

Since its opening in 2017, INTRO has managed to keep an engaging and multigenre focus on contemporary Bulgarian craft. Supporting both emerging and established artists, the programme is centred on the curation, curiosity for interesting expressions and a true dedication to developing the local cultural scene. The gallery is a family run business, established by father Valentin Shtinkov, graphic designer and artist, and son Boian Shtinkov, art critic. The gallery is open to new and unexpected artistic views, keeping the gallery dynamic and surprising. The small space offers big opportunities to the artists as each is given full freedom to transform the space completely according to their vision.
