Pots for everyone

Opposed to the mass production of standard items, Juan Manuel Gil favours the beauty of difference and imperfection. He is the son of Epigmenio who lends his name to this singular shop, with the motto “pots for everyone”. All of us can find a special gift here. He loves to tell the story behind every piece, which bear the marks of the craftsperson's hands. Good examples are Níjar (Málaga) ceramics, Majorca blown glass, or Cortegana pottery made using the “spoon technique”, unique to this Andalusian village, where colour is applied with this piece of cutlery.
