Sustainable and innovative objects

The Guggenheim Bilbao shop is in a splendid open-plan space, designed by the American architect Frank Gehry. It opened its doors in 1997, at the same time as the museum. Since its beginnings, the shop has been a showcase for avant-garde art, design, and crafts by renowned local and international artists. Visitors can find unique gifts, art objects, crafts and apparel, selected according to high standards of quality, exclusivity, design and sustainability. Yukiko Kitahara, Abbatte, Minimil, Tánata, Estra Wurzer, Marta Larrañaga, Inés Monjó, Steve Mono, Mantas Ezcaray, María Gutiérrez and Ximena Walker are among the artisans, ateliers, and manufacturers whose work is or has been available in the shop.
