A showcase of Greek creativity

In the modern setting of the 138 Pireos Street museum building, the shop aims to support contemporary applied arts and design. Operating as a creative space, it highlights and promotes the work of new designers. Through a series of exhibitions titled Materiel Quests, the shop features original works of Greek artists demonstrating remarkable technical skills. The research cycle Objects: A Visual Narrative focuses on the museum’s collections to imagine and create useful modern objects. These include a handmade brooch inspired by a traditional Karagiozis figure, delicate handcrafted ceramics, and design handbags.
