Discovering the world in a shop

In Arjumand’s World you can find home decor fabrics, custom made wallpaper, lampshades, decorative objects, cushions and lamps. This shop was founded in 2009 by Idarica Gazzoni, a decorator with a great passion for fabrics, wallpaper and ceramics. The decorative motifs inspired by the Moghol and Ottoman tradition are the result of Arjumand Banu Begum's story, Empress of India. Arjumand journey from Agra discovering Asian countries, Arabic ones and Russia. In each country she discovered different fabrics, from indigo dying to embroidered ones. The shop takes inspiration from her rich cultural journey.
