Behind every fan in Abanicos Carbonell there are many hours of craftsmanship. This family business is the oldest manufacturer of fans in the Valencian community, set up in 1860. Everything you find in this shop is handmade, following the artisanal tradition that is deeply rooted in the region. However, this does not mean they only focus on classic style. On the contrary, Abanicos Carbonell stands out for their incredible variety of designs. It is possible to get an elegant fan with lace edging, even historical recreations; or you can go for more contemporary pieces, such as the Paula Carbonell’s (the founder’s great-great-grandaughter) colourful, silk-made line.
