The Blue Egg Gallery is housed in an 18th century townhouse in the harbour town of Wexford, a stone’s throw from Wexford Arts Centre and the National Opera House. The gallery showcases a variety of work and has a vibrant exhibition schedule. Each year, to coincide with the famous Wexford Opera Festival, the gallery hosts BRAVURA, which, over the years, has featured top-class makers including Inga Reed, Alan Meredith, Grainne Watts, Cara Murphy, Michael McCrory and Alison Lowry. Mary Gallagher, owner of the Blue Egg, is dedicated to the gallery and wants to ensure as many people as possible enjoy what it has to offer.
