Residence Kitchen : la primavera

In springtime Edipo Re offers an aromatic itinerary: sailing through the secrets of the heart of the Venetian Lagoon. On board, star chefs will reinterpret the herbs and aromas selected by DOLOMIA's galenic experts, coming from the nature of the Dolomites and the Lagoon itself, in the form of essences and tastings, giving life to the production of fresh supplements and a new form of spontaneous cuisine. The realities involved have come together around the desire to invest their skills and excellence in order to contribute to the creation of internal city paths that promote a form of sustainable tourism capable of dialoguing ethically with citizens and the surrounding environment. At a time when chefs from all over the world are portrayed as a highly competitive professional category, the opposite happens in Venice: 8 chefs gather under the sail of the boat of culture, to give life to a new concept. The project is promoted by Edipo Re s.r.l. in collaboration with Alpes Inox and the participation of Dolomia Beuty.
