Make a clay flowerpot on the pottery wheel
2 hours Max 8 people465 euros for 8 peopleIn the Heart of Kallio, the ceramic Master Eva Spoof will take you on a fun journey of learning ceramics made out of local red clay. During this 2 hour workshop, you will learn the basics of pottery and get the chance to experience wheel throwing technique on the pottery wheel. It takes patience to learn throwing on a pottery wheel, but Eva is there to guide you throughout the process of creating your flowerpot in a relaxing atmosphere. You will be using Kultela wild clay, and she will trim, finish, and fire them for you. All tools and materials are included in the price. It is advisable to wear clothes that can stain during this course. This course must be booked in advance.
