Connect with history at the loom

In this workshop with Inés Prat, participants will learn to weave a small tapestry on a domestic loom and experiment with different techniques and textures. They will also learn to prepare a loom to start weaving, and each participant will weave a tapestry with the colours and threads of their choice. The workshop is located in A Coruña, a port city in northwestern Spain, where visitors will be able to walk around the medieval old town. There are also some tourist sights such as the Roman lighthouse, the Museum of Fine Arts or the Tower of Hercules from which the coastline can be seen.
