The tour starts in the shop, where visitors can see noteworthy hats on display before going to the heart of the production and hearing about the process of hat making, from shaping to trimming. The focal point of the tour is the exhibition area where traditional hat making machinery that dates back to the 1890s can be seen. The tour ends with a visit to the manufacturer's workshops where seamstresses sew internal bands for the hats.
