See how the silver pieces come to life

During the private visit to the Severnaya Chern manufactory, you will get to experience every stage of making a blackened silver item, and appreciate the skills of different artisans involved in its creation. You will get to see the silversmiths at work, bringing life to the silverware, the artists who inspire new patterns, the engravers and etchers, who meticulously carve each ornament and apply the niello alloy to create a contrasting effect. You will be able to see the firing stage, where the blackening process is fixed and finish the excursion with the final process, where each piece is polished to perfection. After the tour is over, you will have an opportunity to visit the factory’s interactive museum and the factory shop.
