From the stoves to the table

In Situ 1830 encompasses all the values that Mauviel 1830 maintains, such as education and the preservation of cultural and cooking expertise. It is a 360° experience, including tours of the recently renovated Mauviel 1830 manufactory, culinary workshops provided by chef partners, a dining table of private parties up to twelve, and sales of local Norman products. Visitors can observe hand hammering and handcrafting of products, learn about the wide range of materials, shapes and finishes mastered by the Mauviel 1830 artisans, and then dive into the culture of Norman excellence products.
