The studio offers a wide range of different colours to choose from, and each object is shaped freehand under the personal guidance of an experienced glassblower. The workshop is held on Saturdays and materials are included in the price. Participants who choose this 30 minute experience will be able to make one object, which they can pick up and take home with them another day, after the glass has slowly cooled down. However it can also be booked by an individual, who can make two or three objects in the time. Groups of four people can also be accommodated – just book two consecutive sessions. The pieces can be collected to take home another day after the glass has slowly cooled down. They can also be shipped (shipping charges are not included in the price). Group events are normally held from Monday to Friday, during the day or in the evening. Glasbogalet can personalise a package depending on how many people want to try glassblowing. For a collaborative experience, Glasbogalet can also organise a design challenge that can be developed in groups. Participants then create their design in the hotshop under the guidance of an experienced glassblower. Materials are included in the price.
