The art of the chair

This exhibition tells the story of how Danish design became an international brand. With an emphasis on the golden age of Danish furniture design from 1920 to 1970, the exhibition allows visitors to experience around 100 Danish chairs and a handful of international chairs displayed as works of art, including wooden chairs, armchairs, folding chairs, lounge chairs, dining room chairs and rocking chairs. This guided tour of the exhibition must be booked in advance and takes place every day at different times.
