Enjoy a hands-on ceramic experience

This workshop composes of an individual or a group visit to the studio, followed by the creation of a small ceramic object, mug or plate. Ceramicist Simona Kaunaitė encourages you to discover the joy of ceramics. Every participant will be able to create a unique dish and decorate it with selected engobe glazes. It will be a hands-on experience, feel the plasticity of the clay, cutting it to form a better shape and decorating it with engobe glazes. Those who are interested, will get a chance to try the pottery throwing wheel. Later, the works are fired and shipped to the home of the participant (delivery charges are not included in the fee). The visit to Simona’s cosy studio and the making of your own clay object lasts two hours. Day and time will have to be scheduled beforehand via email or phone.
