Learn from an expert woodturner

This course is aimed at participants who already have basic skills in woodturning. A bespoke experience, students may design their course in consultation with Yann Marot according to their aims and ability level. In general, Yann can demonstrate and teach students how to refine basic techniques such as using a skew, hook tool and Munro tool, end grain and cross grain techniques, sharpening and finishing. Other techniques can be developed according to the student's wishes, such as turning green wood, thin turning, working with big diameters, creating pieces of furniture, multi-axis and eccentric turning, and long and thin turning (trembleur). This is a fantastic opportunity to work one-on-one with a star of woodturning.
