Sahand & Navid Gholipour

Sahand and Navid Gholipour were born in Iran. Sahand has a Diploma in Electrical Studies. Navid is a self-taught graphic designer. They initially took up woodwork as a hobby but they were fascinated with the challenges and details woodwork entails and turned their passion into a profession. They started working in their small garage workshop and in 2016 they opened their professional workshop in Limassol old city. Eastern and Western cultures merge with modern concepts and materials through upcycling, innovative designs and traditional patterns. What emerges throughout their objects are the sensible and joyful approach of creativity. Their woodcrafts have been exhibited in various exhibitions in Cyprus and in 2019 they received BigSEE Wood Design Award.
