Contrada degli Artigiani is a modern craft workshop specialising in joinery, restoration, decoration as well as textile design. Its products are all handmade to measure, according to the heritage of experience and wisdom of a long tradition of master craftspeople. Contrada degli Artigiani crafts high-quality, bespoke solutions for contract and residential, taking on both small and large commissions from individual pieces of furniture for a private home to the fit-out of a hotel or office. The surprising combination of rough and precious, ancient and modern materials is moulded through accurate execution and a time-honoured tradition of craftsmanship.

Established as a social cooperative in Como (Italy), Contrada degli Artigiani is committed to fostering young people’s development through supportive and structured mentorship, apprenticeship schemes and work experiences: a centre of excellence preventing school dropout and providing employment opportunities for young people facing personal, economic or social difficulties.
