Charlotte Therre

Charlotte Therre is a Swiss designer. Having obtained her Bachelor's degree at the prestigious Design Academy Eindhoven, she relocated to Seoul where she set up her TIEL studio, building experience in Asia and internationally. She returned to Switzerland in 2019 to specialise in crafts and the luxury industry at Lausanne University of Art and Design (ECAL). Her understanding of materials and her ability to experiment with modern and traditional techniques, in particular the precision machining that is key to watchmaking, won her the Prix De Bethune, presented by the Swiss watch manufacturer. Still based in Lausanne, since 2021 Charlotte Therre has pursued a career in product and space design as well as strategic development consulting.
