Designed by Piero Lissoni, the Bonacina 1889 Cassis chair is handwoven and carved in Italy by passionate artisans using rattan, a natural material that grows in the Far East. Rattan expresses strength, vitality and elasticity, and there are more than 100 varieties. The processing of the material has a very low environmental impact: the entire cane is used, from the skin to the inner part.
