Artisan at work: Violin painting

Leonardo Frigo will be working live in Sala degli Arazzi, demonstrating the art of hand-painted stringed instruments. The artist will be painting a violin handmade by luthier Paris Andrew. Leonardo paints using his own ink made by mixing more than five types of ink. The artist will also explain the intricate illustrations that characterise his artworks and his art collection inspired by Dante's Inferno.
